I have had some problems with my iphone and have had to restore my iphone a several times. However, I forgot to download some of the pics from my Camera Roll and some text messages and was going to restore it with an old backup. However, that one was overwritten. Is there any way I can get back an old backup? I am using Vista.

Im using vista aswell. I dont really think you can get old backups, and then there is the matter of loading that backup on again if there is allready another one in place.
try going here: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
although thats a bunch of folders. What you can do is download iPhone PC Suite. that can back things up for you and then sync them over again.
