Hi glen.TW, here is Italy and here ( http://www.toaldo.it/itPhone.zip ) you can find the Italian too, can you fit your script for this language too, or it's already compatible?

    Hi GTE,

    Thank you for your sharing.
I renamed all "English.lproj" folders to "it.lproj" in your archive. Please check your private message. And let me know if there is any problem to use iLanguage.

iLanguage v0.2 is released. Please download from 1st post.

    Thanks to jerrylee's finding.
It seems that Apple put Wallpaper.strings at wrong place.
    v0.2 moves Wallpaper.strings from "/System/Library/PreferenceBundles/Wallpaper.bundle/" to "/System/Library/PreferenceBundles/Wallpaper.bundle/English.lproj"

Before moving Wallpaper.strings to right place

After moving Wallpaper.strings to right place

    Hi Nicco,

You can find it at \System\Library\CoreServices\SpringBoard.app\Engli sh.lproj\SpringBoard.strings

    hi glen,
i 've converted my springboard.strings in text and i modified it as i wanted.
but when i re-import it to folder it.lproj and i restart iphone, it gives me wrong characters (AWAY_LOCK_LABEL instead of "slide to unlock"). Why?
i must reconvert it in binary file?

    Hi Nicoo,

hmm..not really. OS X support both Text & Binary.
if it display "AWAY_LOCK_LABEL" string ID, means iPhone can't read the string correctly. Could you post your AWAY_LOCK_LABEL strings or you can PM me so I can talk a look. how about other strings?

    Jerry

    BTW, not just Wallpaper.strings.
User who would like to localize their iPhone might also need to copy Main.strings from

    /System/Library/Frameworks/PhotoLibrary.framework/"Yourlanguage".lproj
    to
    /Applications/MobileSlideShow.app/"Yourlanguage".lproj

And if you got time, take a look of latest T.Chinese translation. there are some strings missing which you will have to add it back manually, like "Artists" etc at iPod strings.
