I made another one, using some word frequency tables I found somewhere. It seems somewhat better than the old one I was using.

Me había hecho uno pero con los % todos iguales. El tuyo anda bárbaro.

Por otro lado me parece que estaría bueno que entre todos armemos el listado completo de las palabras con su popularidad.
Me había armado un prog. en Java que hacía una búsqueda en Google palabra por palabra. Y de acuerdo a la cantidad de resultados le asignaba una "popularidad" pero despues de unas cuantas google me bloqueo la IP porque interpretó que habia un virus en mi maq.

A alguien se le ocurre alguna idea?

cabex, I noticed that the real deal are not the weights we assign every word, but having all kind of words that don's appear in a dictionary.

I mean, it is good having the frequencies, but what we really need is having, for example, a list with all the verb forms you can find in Spanish. Such as "como, comí, comimos, comeremos...". This verb forms cannot be found in a dicctionary, but where in the list I used, that's why it works so well.

Unfortunately, this list was only 10,000 words long. So, if anybody is able to find a longer one, it would be really cool

cabex, me di cuenta de que lo importante no es tanto los pesos que se den a cada palabra, sino tener todo tipo de palabras que no aparecen en un diccionario.

Es decir, está bien tener las frecuencias, pero lo que realmente necesitamos es tener, por ejemplo, una lista con todas las formas verbales que se encuentran en el español. Por ejemplo, "como, comí, comimos, comeremos...". Estas formas verbales no aparecen en un diccinario, pero sí estaban en la lista que sé, por eso funciona tan bien.

Lamentablemente, esta lista sólo tenía 10.000 palabras. Así que si alguien consigue encontrar una más larga, estaría muy bien
