ibrickr error
got a brand new iphone version 1.02, for some reason when i use ibrickr and click free iphone i get this msg:
Looks like you need to download the iPhone firmware. Fire up iTunes with your iPhone plugged in, and hit the Restore button. Once the download starts, unplug your iPhone. When the download finishes, click away the error message in iTunes, and close iTunes. Plug your iPhone back in, and click Check again.
i restored to 1.02 again but it didnt help the case,
any ideas? thanks all

As far as I know, that's a normal message. I got it when I did it. Watch the entire video on this page: http://cre.ations.net/creation/ibrickr.
Good luck!

you need to put your 1.0.2 firmware in the following directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\(your username)\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates
Make sure you change your folder options to show hidden files.
Also you will need to create the iPhone Software Updates folder in iTunes if it isnt there. Make sure you type it EXACTLY as above, including spaces and caps.
Enjoy!
