What I meant was do you have to run Jailbreak and iAsign after the update.

Yes everyone needs to understand that these iPhone updates will always force you to restore the phone to new again because of the jailbreak, it makes it fail a validation check. So once its restored and upgraded to 1.02 you will need to rejailbreak and do everything else just like you would if it was a brand new phone again.
