Sorry for not replying for a long while, I don't have much time these days to work on MNPlight. I have released version 2.26, that should be compatible with latest iphone versions. It also come with some new features, such as mail search or pellicules swapping. There is also an optional GPG plugin, that can be used to send/receive encrypted mails, but you will have to transfer your keys by yourself (copy your .gnupg dir on your iphone in /var/mobile/.gnupg). I hope to be able to give more information and update the web site soon.

By the way, the repository changed, since INRIA was complaining about developing pirate software ;-)

I have Main Script Execution Failed during install. Some earlier version did not have MNPlight.ini after install.

Thanks blobber for the fast report, the installation bug should be fixed now. You probably need to refresh the sources in Installer or to clean its queue to force the Installer to download the new version instead of the buggy one.

Just some ideas: I think it would be REALLY awesome if one could add Album Artwork with MNPlight.
I love Album Art and I still need a computer/iTunes to add it.
A picture DL App already exists so it could work similar to the import songs feature where you just add them from some folder on your iPhone.

I would also love to change the tags of the songs right on my iPhone!

Is MNPlight able to add videos (.mp4) to the playlist (iTunesDB) yet?

Couple issues with MNPlight. When you delete the playlist from MNPlight, it does not update the iPod and the songs still show there. Also, it does not import large files. Like 80 meg mp3 files.

Songs are gone only after when you are syncing with iTunes and after deleting them from the playlist in MNPlight and in Downloads beforehand. Big files are still an issue.

first of all thank you for MNPlight. Finally I found a way to sync my Sunbird calender
with iPod touch calender.

There si an issue, which may be related to daylight savings:

I have synched the *.ics file of sunbird via MNPlight with my touch. All events
show up at the correct day, but one our later. Example: an event on 27 March 08
at 14:00 in sunbird results in 27 March 08 15:00 in iPod Caelndar. Even better:

an event on 4 April 08 at 16:00 on sunbird shows on my touch on 4 April 08
at 18:00.

Yes, I have the correct time zones (Brussels) in iPod Touch, Windows and Sunbird.

Any ideas what the problem might be ? Having calenders with appointments in
synch is really an essential issue for me, since I travel quite a bit ...

EDIT: An export from sunbird in csv-format shows correct times.
Perhaps something goes wrong with the import ?
