How long should the downgrade take? The downgrader finds the phone and puts it into recovery mode and then everything just hangs.

I've got 5a258f with 04.05.02_G on my phone.

I'd like to go back to 1.1.4 but can't seem to and this program looks like the way to do it.

FIRST you MUST restore to 1.1.4 because ziphone works not with 2.0

yes it is but you must wait 1 or 2 days then i will geht out an gui für windows and i must work over the mac gui

I've been unable to downgrade from 04.05.02_G using this program, unfortunately. I've waited 5 minutes at the "Wait 2'30" step. There's a brief flash of the screen when it says "Working.." but nothing after that. For reference, I re-flashed from DFU with iPhone1,1_1.1.4_4A102_Restore.ipsw

Worth note, though, it seems that xpwn is able to at least interface with the phone at this point (though it fails with a disk mount failure)

We all appreciate the effort people are putting into creating guis for this but for advanced users, it doesn't really help to create fnacy GUIs since the problem is not that we cannot use the CLI program..

In my case, I am stuck at "waiting for data". ieraser, ienew, all do the same thing. Not sure what to do.

which baseband do you have? or are you one of them who have the error 1011?
No IMEI, No Wlan....?
then you need a new Comm-board.....
