Default how to backup files from a non jailbroken iphone without itunes?

Well i know about SSH and stuff like that, but since this phone is not jailbroken i cant install it as far as i know.

it's running firmware 2.0 and at first i thought i could use touchcopy, but it looks like there's no recent update for touchcopy that adds 2.0 support....

Reason i wanna do this is because i have some files on the phone that i dont have on the computer which i dont want to lose....

Specifically some videos, songs and pictures.

hope someone can help me out

    You can use i-FunBox.
It requires no Jailbreaking and works on 2.0

    NEW SOLUTION

im guessing the reason u dont wanna use itunes is coz it takes 45min to backup right.

what u should do is click the UPDATE button in itunes so u update to 2.1 and back up using 2.1 and itunes 8. it now takes me 10 seconds or less to back up my phone

In order to know how to backup iPhone, you should first of all connect your iPhone to computer or Mac, since it can sync your iPhone data to computer or Mac automatically, you can have a try. What's more, you can read more about iPhone Data Recover Software, it can provide the detailed steps about it.
