Default [Filesystem] How to Mount iPhone on Desktop...

    I have a jailbroken 16gb iPhone running 1.1.4.

What is the easiest way, using USB, to mount my iPhone so I can copy files to it? I've read all these instructions for doing it over a WiFi network, but it seems there must be a very easy way that I'm missing here.

    Thank you!

    Wifi is the best way

All you need to do is get a stand alone copy winSCP and you're good to go

    Link for windows version

    Several options on Mac:

Through USB > iPhoneDrive (not free), Disk for iPhone (require MacFuse).

Wifi > connecting with SSH, SFTP or installing AFPd (does not respect the files permissions and leave a lot of garbage hidden files on browsed folders).
