Ok ok, tell me what your issue is exactly and what you have done.
Has it ever worked?
Did you change anything?
Did your ip change?
I trust you have searched the forum so what you will learn will be completely new to everyone...

ok, first of all you need to have installed openssh. the best way to do this, is installing it via the installer app on your iphone (i would even recommend installing bsd subsystem, to counteract any compatibility problems). this is a thing of 30 seconds thanx to this wonderfull native iphone installer from nullriversoft.
i guess you have to restart and then you have a running ssh server.
on iphone go to settings-->Wi Fi and check you ip address.
now start up cyberduck (way better than fugu), make a new connection AND THIS IS CRUCIAL: AS THE PROTOCOL SELECT SFTP!!! AGAIN S F T P.
in the server field you put in your iphone's ip, username "root", password "dottie". the port should read 21; leave it so.
to go the safe way, in general settings on you iphone put the auto-lock to never, just in case cause if the phone locks after some time, he cuts the wireless connection.
now you should be up and running
cheers

I tried several times to connect with my iPhone with both Cyberduck and Fugu but I can't!! I receive all the times an error message:
Fugu say:
ssh: connect to host xxx.xxx.x.xxx port 21: Connection refused
Cyberduck say:
I/O Error:Connection failed
sftp://root@xxx.xxx.x.xxx.21 (with 22 is same)
There was a problem while connecting to
I installed BSD Subsystem but my installer didn't propose me Openssh, I can find only OpenLLDP.
Please help me!

This happens when you don't read instructions carefully. Have you installed the Community Sources too? Install OpenSSH afterwards, make sure your iPhone and desktop/laptop are on the same gateway (I have three WiFi routers in my house with different IPs, so make sure you're using the same gateway IP for both), check out the iPhones IP (WiFi settings) and use "root" for user and "dottie" as password. Hope this helps.

for people that haven't had luck with the above,
take note of the following:
for users of 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 firmware, the username and password to be used are:
Username: dottie
Password: alpine
it took me ages to come across a thread that explained the need to use that password. everywhere else mentioned "dottie" which is only relevant to previous firmwares
hope that helps!
