I had the same problem with Independence and, before finding this thread, i finally used the 'factory activation' method using a moded lockdown.

It does work but i'm wondering if i should go back to the independence method...

What are the pros and cons ?

I'm waiting for the IPSF software unlock and i'm wondering what would be the best way to use the phone once it's unlocked since it does need to be activated.

Any help greatly appreciated !
