Okay I saw that some Chinese guy had already started working on this idea, but I just wanted to add a few things of which I am sure he forgot.

We need an iPhone PC suite that can handle the following task:

Simply integrate ZiPhone for the following functions.

- Jailbreak
- Unlock

Integrated Profile manager and backup utility. Maybe its just me but I've found the iTunes backup to be unreliable at best. I've worked on several phones for a few of my friends. I backed up the phone each time before I started working, but after restoring several times the iphone backup seems to disappear from my computer. can someone write a utility and include it in this suite which would backup the iPhone Profile to a secure location and allow you to install any profile onto any phone without having to do it manually (i.e. browse your computers file system and locate the backup that itunes makes on your hard drive).

Manage Ringtones, create and edit.

Manage SMS, Calendar, Notes,...

=====================================
Baseband and/or Bootloader, Upgrade, Downgrade, Restore, Repair...



*NOTE*
Most if not all of these tasks can already be performed manually or with simple scripts available through Installer.app or over the internet forums. This doesn't seem like and incredibly complicated task but perhaps its just my OCD and my obsession with being neat and organized. Can't someone just put everything into one EASY to use package? An easy to use GUI, that lets you select the version of your iPhone and then opens up a menu of all possible options which I have listed above, many of which I am sure I left out.

That would be awesome but it doesnt sound like an easy task. I agree with the backup part and all the rest is just Gravy on top.

I like the idea.

Take ziphone and wrap it into a pc suite and take credit for it all, just like Zibri does with his ziphone

ziphone works because of a BUG (and exploit) i copied everyones work and get dontaitons for doing so.
It also uses other softwares that you can see in the verbose boot.
I had to modify many of them to make the work in a so perfect way no iphone has ever been directly harmed by ziphone.
About 1.1.4, I found all offsets and imei change offsets and lockdownd patch offsets.

I encourage apps using ziphone since it's the best and more reliable tool around.
If you want you can submit your products.
If they are good enought they will be officially into ziphone and you will have your own page at ziphone.org with your own donate button (like translators have).
