Won't boot after install
I just installed OSX on my PC, and the installation went fine, but now when I restart after installation, it won't boot. I tried installing twice. I assume it's a boot loader problem. How can I fix it?
Thanks.

A little more information would help, but I'm making some guesses:
1. It doesn't even attempt to boot OSX.
The disk you added osx on isn't the boot disk in your bios.
2. You boot and get the darwin and then it appears to be running:
You need verbose mode on to see what the error is. If you press F8 before darwin starts, it will give you a prompt. Type "-v" (without the quotes) and press the return.
You should see a bunch of info pass through the screen and where it stops or reboots is where your problem is.
Thanks

Make sure you hard shut down. that is shut down, and switch the power supply unit off for a second or two. then start up , enter the bios, set defrault settings and try agian. it should work now. experiment with bios settings (saving each one).
good luck
