How do i get Cyberduck On Tigger 10.4.11

I been trying to download cyberduck but its not letting me since i have 10.4.11 and it says something about 10.5 or higher any solution

go to Cyperduck
the tags above the download has a tag marked "changelog"
click on it
scroll down 'til you get to version 3.2.1 which is the latest available for Tiger.
