I've changed some of the menubar item's icon. But I'm stuck on the language/input method icon, would love to change the flag icon into something nicer (like this). Anyone have any lead where those image files located?

/System/Library/Keyboard Layouts/Unicode.bundle/Contents/Resources

there are some there.
Others should be in other keyboard bundles...
