mach_kernel should be replace with Netkas's kernel.
And you have to see other root folder existing MAC OSX root folder.

about 64Mb. you need some tool to reduce size of fat16 partition, then burn it to usb stick (only first 64 mb) , if you will find a way for reducing - tell me how
gnu parted can't work with fat16

ahci - no drivers for it in tianocore efi.

i965 i945 i975 - i guess it because this mobos have an efi already, so booting another efi result in bad things

this needed debuging over serial port
for it - need two pc's, connected via serial cable
boot one with efi and run boot.efi like this
    boot -s -v serial=1 debug=0x0F
on another pc read output from serial port
    this maybe very helpfull

hey netkas you said you got this to boot using a CD right?

Would you mind posting up your CD image. Unfortunately I have one of the machines that isn't compatible with the USB method and I want to start tinkering with EFI again (I've switched computers since my last work with this)

    Thanks.
Windows Vista - The other, OTHER dark meat and it tastes awful!
Just another Hackintosh Laptop I am working on making perfect.
OS 10.4.10/8.9.1 - Dell E1705 - Core 2 Duo T5300 @ 1.73GHz, NVidia 7900GS 256MB Video, Sigmatel 9200 Audio, Dell Wireless 1390 (Broadcom), 120GB 5400 HD, 1GB 533MHz RAM, 17" 1440x900 Screen. Everything works except 2nd Core, Audio doesn't mute when headphones plug in fully, and sleep (both system and display).
