Yeah, they're the same or even more hacked versions of them.

The 10.4.10 DVD Im building works great!. The bugs (no PS2keyboard support, diskutility crashing) while running the installer are gone. I've added a extensive, almost redundant, collection of drivers and patches (more as an "archive" than anything else).... I hope Apple relases the 8.10 code soon so I can include a compiled kernel.
Theres only a little bug: when I boot the fresh installed system I get a warning saying the system/library/startupitems has incorrect ownerships, and ask me if I want to fix it. Pressed "fix" everything goes OK. If someone has any idea about this please post here....

Great I'm happy to see there some great progress. Do you have plans to release the dvd?

Is no problem for me to share it. Nevertheless I would have to ask permission to the developers who made the included drivers, kernels, etc, before upping the image somewhere.
Anyway, still needs some work.

I'm not in a hurry so take your time!
