Cannot Install OSX86

Hiya,
I Have Downloaded The New iDeneb v1.3 10.5.5 So I Have Installed It On My Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Li 2727. Spec:

Intel Celeron Dual-Core Processor
1GB RAM
120GB Hard Drive (Partitioned)
Windows Vista Home Basic

And It All Works Fine (So Far).

But When I Try To Install It On My AMD Computer It Will Not Start The Installation! Spec:

AMD Athlon XP2000+ (Yes I Know Its Old I'am Upgrading The Whole Computer When I Have The Money)
256MB RAM
Windows XP Proffesional
80GB Hard Drive (Partitioned)

So What Happens Is I Boot The Computer From The Disc And Press Any Key To Start The Installation. Then The Grey Apple Logo Appears And Then It Changes To A White And Grey Power Icon And It Says: You Have To Reboot Your Computer Hold The Power Button For Several Seconds Or Press The Restart Button. (Or Something Simalair) In Several Different Languages. I Think Myself It Is Because Of The Low Amount Of RAM Or Maybe The Old Processor But I Am New To Mac And I Thought It Would Be Wise To Consult Some Experts. A Reply From Anyone Will Be Greatly Appreciated.
