Does anyone know if there is a way to have different applications always start in a particular language other than the OS. For example, my mac is always set to German, but there are several applications (Pages, for example) that I would rather use in English (for various reasons). Usually I just switch the language in the International Preferences to English, open Pages, and then switch the language back to German. Any tips?
