Default ACPICPUThrottle: Failed with code -536870212

    Hi there,

First of all thank you for all the hard work to make the speedstep working!

It seems one of my CPU is able to reduce it's speed with the new kernel. However, the other core doesn't. The log I got from the Console:

    May 2 11:38:16 abc-computer kernel[0]: ACPICPUThrottle: Adding CPU0
    May 2 11:38:16 abc-computer kernel[0]: ACPICPUThrottle: type=82, datalen=12, _ASI=7f, _RBW=0, _RBO=0, _ADR=0
May 2 11:38:16 abc-computer kernel[0]: ACPICPUThrottle: ACPI returns no ACPI throttling available

May 2 11:38:16 abc-computer kernel[0]: ACPICPUThrottle: No valid CPUs returned by ACPI! It's possible your BIOS does not think your system should be throttled and therefore did not return any available power states, or maybe your CPU only supports one other power state than maximum which is below 1Ghz!

    Anyone has similar issue?

my kernel panics at the same point. Just a few lines previous to that.

Same problem here with the new 10.4.10 with speedstep, only one out of 4 cores seems to be recognized. Sleep doesn't work either with this new kernel.
