Hi i would need some advice on the spirit jailbreak, previously my iPhone had been jailbroken by blackra1n on version 3.1.2 but last week some problem on my iPhone and i had to restore it..

after restoring my iPhone, my iPhone finally works but it is now being updated by iTunes to version 3.1.3 and my model is now MC134ZA, modem firmware is now 05.12.01.. can my phone now still be able to jailbreak by spirit??

Yes, as long as you are not stuck at the "slide for emergency" screen. In other words, as long as you can activate your phone legitimately with iTunes.

Hi, I bought iPhone 3Gs 3.1.3 and I am stuck at the "slide for emergency" screen. What now????!!! What I can do to jailbrake my iPhone??? you need to have a legitimate SIM from an Apple approved carrier to activate the phone first ... then you can use spirit to jailbreak.

It is clearly documented on the Spirit website and in this thread. No legitimate SIM = no activation = no jailbreak on 3GS 3.1.3 using spirit.

See if The Firmware Umbrella can retrieve a 3.1.2 SHSH - that's about your only other chance.
