So I am running a 3.1.2 3GS originally JB with Blackra1n. I did a fresh restore of 3.1.2 , activated the phone (with a borrowed SIM) and ran Spirit.

First time running Spirit I got stuck on the Aurora screen. The load bar went all the way to the end but got stuck. After about 10 minutes I put phone in restore mode and did a restore.

Second time thru Spirit worked! but when I clicked on Cydia it crashed and a lot of my native apps were gone including Mail and Ipod from my dock. I turned off and on probably 5 or 6 times but to no avail. I ended up doing a fresh restore and going back to Blackra1n for the time being.

Anyone experience the missing apps problem?
