    how about a little bit more information about what happened etc. ??

    OK thanks for the response.. this is what happened down here: i bought a 3gs with 3.1.2 on last december in orlando fla, brought to Costa Rica and unlocked/jailbreak with blackra1n.. used the sim card from a government mobile company (the only one in CR) and works lovely... a weed ago battery dies during the night, next morning plugged in and tried to tethered unlocked as always... but got stuck on geohotīs pic...and turned off. this sounds like a reboot loop but remains turned off. I looked for it several pages and forums.. nothing helped. so I decide to upgrade to 3.1.3.. and there was where I got this messaje... from spirit.
    From itunes, the messaje was sim card not supported by ...something else... and thatīs the story...

    Yikes....
    you should not have updated to 3.1.3 because there is no unlock for it.

    You need to activate that phone with the original sim card first before you can run spirit.
