if you follow this guide, apptapp will be installed automatically for you. Dont worry about SSH or anything, it should install automatically.

if you have a virgin 1.0.2 (UNTOUCHED OUT OF THE BOX WITH NOTHING DONE TO IT) then you can upgrade to 111 and use this guide

press the x thing on top where you see #*307# to clear it and then press 0. After that press the call button you are seeing and it will show you the answer/decline buttons.

Possible, if you do the steps till touchfree you should have a jailbroken iphone. Try at your own risk.
