Why would you want to do that? You would then have a tethered jailbreak (unless it is an old bootrom 3GS).

If you've got a 4.3.3 SHSH on file, you can upgrade to 4.3.3 using TinyUmbrella and by making a custom firmware as detailed in several threads on the forum that will bypass the baseband update and successfully update the phone. That said, Olethros is 100% correct -- 4.3.4 and 4.3.5 have a tethered boot only, so you'd have to connect to the PC every time you boot the device in order to get it to boot -- it's not a recommended jailbreak. 4.3.3 has 99.95% of the functionality of 4.3.5, and you can get security updates from Cydia that will patch the exploits that Apple has patched in 4.3.4 and 4.3.5 after you have jailbroken with Jailbreakme.com.
