It's pretty unlikely that you have an OTB 3.1.3 3GS already.

If you have OTB 3.1.2 then you can still jailbreak but you need to be extremely careful about restoring or updating your iPhone via iTunes.

Tried a mix with the result, that i had a cydia icon that dissapeared after i clicked it... what now?

It's hard to help when you try more than one thing then ask for help. Especially without a safety net of a SHSH for 3.1.2 or lower.

Can you explain what you specifically tried, in what order and what happened when you tried each jailbreak?
