solution>>>Iphone 3gs 4.2.1 with 6.15.00 and 3194 itunes error
I am new to the forum world but read them all the time so bare with me if this is in the wrong area. I have an Iphone 3gs 32gb that has the ipad baseband 6.15.00 and was untethered jailbroke via greenpois0n. I was going to sell it and I hit the erase iphone button( which i do it alot ). I am now in a terrible recovery loop. ( scrren that says conect to itunes ) I can go in and out of dfu and have tried all of the fallowing.
regular itunes restore
custom itunes restore to 4.2.1 and 4.3.3 both give error 3194( i went into pwnd dfu mode)
tinyumbrella kick recovery and fix recovery also unchecked the set host to cyia on exit box.
greenpoison jailbreak starts and gets what seems about half way then sticks and the same with redsnow jailbreaks
redsnow just boot teathered option loads pinapple and sticks.
Iv tried more im sure but i am compleatly mind boggled. PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

99% of the time, "erase all content and settings" is NOT the right thing. Especially when selling a device, this is actually a dangerous option to choose.

Right now the only non beta iOS version that is still being signed for the 3GS is iOS 4.3.5
Sounds like you don't have a useful SHSH blob saved (so you are pretty screwed)
Only possible chance you have: if the 3GS is old bootrom, you might be able to bypass the SHSH check with the right type of custom IPSW.
Please read the stickies & search forum before posting! How to report an iTunes restore/update fail in a useful manner
iPad 3G 64GB (4.3.3, Redsn0w) oldest SHSH 3.2.2
iPhone 4 32GB (4.2.1, Redsn0w JB-monte) oldest SHSH 4.1
iPhone 3GS 32GB (4.3.3; Pwnagetool) factory unlocked oldest SHSH 3.1
iPhone 8GB (3.1.3; Pwnagetool) AT&T Locked - Unlocked with bootneuter

ok what i did is make a foldder on dektop named ipsw(just to save files) and downloaded 4.1 custom FW (comes in two parts from link below but just put both in the ipsw folder you made and extract part one) winrar will automaticaly combine into one ipsw file. Then if your on windows hold shit and click restore. Navigate to the ipsw you just got and let it run. You might have a no service problem if this happends download ultrasnow in cydia.
/* Moderator Edit: Removed link. iOS firmware is protected by US copyright, you can only link to it from Apple's site. Do not link to alternate / custom iOS or IPSW files on the forum. Not only is it shady legal territory, it's not safe -- you cannot trust a firmware you have downloaded on the internet, and it's very easy to make your own with the right tools. */

i also need help with this, i have baseband 06.15 and i cant downgrade it, or update my iphone, ive tried all the different ways to fix it, has anyone got any good ways to help?
Did you bother searching before just asking? Just searching for 'restore baseband 06.15' results in this as one of the top results:

This was detailed in the documentation for the program that you used to upgrade to 06.15. You did read the documentation, right?
