I've got redsn0w up and running on my 3G S, but batterly life seems afftected, I can get through the day only with great discipline.
Can I install the latest version of redsn0w by just chosing it from Cydia, or will there be a problem with doing it like that (ie should I start from a clean slate with a freshly restored phone)?
I'm abroad and away from my main computer at the moment, so I'm trying to keeping the risk of something going wrong at a minimum as I don't want to risk having to restore the phone while being away from all my data.
