I live in romania, we have the iphone 3g under orange here, and I was wondering if using quickpwn with is legal. I sure want installer and cydia on it, but I am concerned about the activation thingy, my iphone is already activated with Orange, will I have to reactivate after running quickpwn?

no u dont need to reactivate after quickpwn. It will reactivate anyway without any problems. I dont think it is "legal" but you can allways restore your phone to a new state using itunes anyway so dont worry about it.

I sent my iPhone back to Apple for Guarantee repair and it was jailbroken. They didn't say anything!
