Guys my brain has gone to sleep and i need reminding of something.

How do you stop your Mac from automatically unpacking/unzipping files once downloaded. I'm trying to download a ipsw file and it keeps unpacking it into a folder???

Either use Firefox or goto settings in safari's preferences, there is a checkbox in general - as far as i recall.
i'd recommend to unckeck it anyway. you might want to inspect downloads before unpacking it.
