No PwnageTool is now version 2.2.1

Quickpwn is still on version 2.2

QuickPwn 2.2 works great. Updated my iphone 3g with the new 2.2 firmware, launched QuickPwn 2.2 and voila, it was done in no time.

One issue, but that may be related to the 2.2 from apple....EDGE does not work anymore.....

One thing - do I HAVE to use the restore file? Does it mean that I'll lose all my current contacts/apps/SMS's etc. since I'm basically doing a restore?

Any updates on how to run it on the new aluminium macbook ?

So far, I have to boot Windows and use the Windows version of quickpwn.

haven't managed to enter DFU mode using the new macbook

I just jailbroke my 3G phone. Worked out fine. One question though. Now, everything I had such as apps and contacts are gone.

When I connect to itunes, it is asking me to setup as new or restore from backup. What shall I choose to get it all back?
