    I have a new 3G, that I had already updated to 2.0.2.

I took the plunge and pwn'd with the newest version available, with no problems whatosever!

    Very nicely written program..

No problems to report, GPS, YouTube all work just as before, Ive even noticed that some parts of my phone that lagged are now faster (contact scrolling to be the main one...)

Hi, my is a official unlock 3G Iphone (new, 2 days old) with 2.0.1. So should I
    1) first update to 2.0.2 via iTune than carry out pwn or
    2) carry out pwn with firmware 2.0.1 than upgrade to 2.0.2 via iTune or
    3) carry out pwn with firmware 2.0.1 than select the firmware 2.0.2 from the Winpwn site when doing the pwn?

    Thanks

Anyone, headsup about the Quickpwn version used?
You had succes with the new one (RC3) or the GUI120 one?

Thank you in advance for your reply!

    Exclamation

    RC3 killed my iPhone.

The only thing I did was extract the file, and switch out the logo.png and recovery.png for new ones that I liked, instead of the pineapple.

Should've worked fine and it "did".

But now I'm stuck in the logo.png screen (used to be the apple). The computer recognizes that there is an iPhone attached now, but that's it. No mounting in Itunes and the damn phone is stuck on the logo screen.

I think this might be the "swirling circle of doom".

Any ideas on how to get out of this?
My gut says restore, replace the data from the backup and wait for WinPwn 2.5.

    Anyone else?

Yup, simply put your phone in DFU mode and restore to 2.02 firmware and pwn it again.
