When my friend was using my phone accidently he deleted all my contacts and it was showing some status image of processing and after that my iPhone stucked (there's just Apple logo) and neither my PC nor iTunes can detect it. Is there any way of restoring it without iTunes? Thank you for any advice, it would help me a lot

There's no way of restoring a phone without iTunes. You will likely need to kick the phone into DFU mode and restore using iTunes. You won't be able to restore iOS 4.x unless your LLB has been pwned or you have SHSH on file.
