after restoring and quickpwn ....i go to settings > show my callerID is greyed out

anyone know the fix for this problem ?
pls help

If you go into Phone and to the numeric phone keypad, type *#31# and tap Call, what message do you see?

setting deactivation succeedded
calling line ID restriction

the thing is how that setting is greyed out in the first place
restore and quickpwn > that setting is greyed out
