Do you have root/ access? Even though I'm stuck at activation like you I have access to the root files

Try download this tool and see if you can access root file as well

yes i have everything and i restored it with that mode or w.e.. it still will not unlock.

Do you have a pwnagetool custom 2.2.1 firmware available? because I have found a way to get pass this problem if you have.

No sorry I don't know where you will find one & we can't let people link them here for copy right reasons.

But what I did was a bit of a strange one, but has worked 4me.

The problem is when you're stuck at the slide to emergency screen after running Quickpwn2.2.5 you don't have the option to restore in itunes with a custom firmware.

And then if you try to enter DFU restore mode you'll likely to get the 1600 error because the phone doesn't remain pwn'd in DFU mode.

So what I did was get to the point where I was stuck at the activation screen after using Quickpwn2.2.5.

Then I used iLiberty+...

Yes I know its for 1.1.4 firmware but if you select "enter recovery mode" form the advance tab it makes the phone show up in recovery mode with itunes.

That then gives you the option to hold shift & restore using a custom 2.2.1 firmware.
