    dtube, having done numerous 10 sec power+home DFU's, I can't seem to go into DFU under the latest 151... You see I bolded what you said about pressing power first, which was also what the previous command-line version of QuickPwn asked for -- holding power for 5 sec, but now it asks for holding Home first for 5 sec, the rest is the same... I tried both ways, and I really DO follow the instructions and can definitely read, comprehend, and distinguish between"holding", "releasing", etc..., but it still returns a pop-up saying "the phone is in the wrong mode"... The 10 sec DFU doesn't work either as you have to turn off the phone first, but with the latest quickpwn you can't proceed with powered off phone and you need to have your phone in the recovery mode... Anyone else having trouble following the instructions??

    EDIT: ATTENTION INSTRUCTION FOLLOWERS: When quickpwn says "hold HOME" for 5 sec -- that's wrong, hold "POWER" for 5 sec instead!

    I was on pwned 2.0.1

    The steps I did

    Restored to 2.0.2 over Itunes
    Used QuickPwnRC3 1.5.1 to unlock and activate by browsing the 2.0.2 firmware and following instructions that you get on QuickPwnRC3.

    All working fine here

    We need more files compatible with 2.0.2 to be more happy

    This version doesn't work at all, it just hangs on Browsing Firmware.

    QuickpwnGui was the best, worked 1st time and had no problems. Winpwn 2.5, xpwn, Bring it on

    Not sure what you're referring to.
    I just did it again and the instruction on the screen is correct.

    - first it says put phone in recovery mode
    - hold home for 5 seconds
    - hold home + power for 10 sec
    - release power and hold home for 30 sec

    I did exactly what's on the screen and it worked.

    - If you think about it, holding power 5 sec doesn't do anything.

    Easy!

    However, I guess there is some confusion with DFU mode's instruction.

    Shouldn't it that the iPhone must be powered down first before you can start activating the DFU Recovery mode?
    -> iPhone 2G 1.1.1 (OTB)
    -> iPhone 2G 1.1.2 (Anysim)
    -> iPhone 2G 1.1.4 (iPlus2.0b)
    -> iPhone 2G 2.0.1 (Winpwn 2.0.0.4)
    -> iPhone 2G 2.0.2 (Quickpwn RC3 [1.51])
    -> iPhone 2G 2.1.0 (WinQuickpwn 2.1)

    not really. If you know the sequence then it also work without powering down. For consistency sake, I always advise the powering down first exactly like how pwnagetool app shows you.
