QuickPwn hangs at "Wait for your phone to connect in recovery mode..."
I have a 8gb 2g Iphone.
QuickPwn hangs with "Wait for your phone to connect in recovery mode..." in bold. It never moves down the list of steps.
However...the iPhone DOES reboot into recovery mode, as I hear the windows chimes for disconnect and reconnect of hardware, and the phone is stuck with the words "iTunes" and the picture of the plug on the screen.
If I start iTunes at this point, it tells me it's detected an iPhone attached in recovery mode, and from there I continue to restore it and shut down QuickPwn.
Anyone have any advice where I'm going wrong in this process? Thanks!*
I have tried to put it on DFU mode... but QUICKPWN still not recognize the mode... it still say " Preparing your device"

I also have this problem on my 2G 8GB iphone, updating on windows xp.
I tried it on 3 computers and have this same problem, so there must be something wrong with my iphone.
My iphone is a 1.1.1otb which was initially unlocked with ziphone, and most recently to 2.1 with downloaded custom firmware.
I first updated to 2.2 using itunes, and then ran quickpwn.

You don't download these services (except for .net). They are built into windows.
They should be on by default, but I had turned these services off to save memory.
Although I only have windows xp, you can turn these services on in the control panel - administrative tools.
