Worked flawless here on Windows XP SP2 with
iPhnoe 3G before 2.02 Pwned.
First I got rid of BossPrefs to make all hidden icons visible,
then did the upgrade thing in iTunes 8.0.
Quickpwned, got Boss prefs and all needed programs back from Cydia, like openssh ect.
and just deleted the duplicates in the 'stash' folder manually. Working perfect.
Thank you guys, also to 'law' to mention that thing with BossPrefs!

Is it for bootneuter? Doesn't bootneuter already contain both of them (when you install it with Installer, you don't need to download the bootloaders separately).
Is bootneuter installed after quickpwn'age?
yes, they're needed for bootneuter;
that is inflated to unlock on first reboot after quickpwn'age, then it is erased itself (read -cleanup in most gui or cli)
the bootneuter package is into the Quickpwn binary to be installed in your phone, and it is a dev-team program; but they can't redistribuite part of 'software containing sort of apple copyright', that's why the bootloaders files can't be clearly released...
when you install it with Installer... better go on, and smile.

I have done a few searches but haven't been able to come up with anything... any help would be much appreciated.
Quite simple. Just follow the on screen instructions on iTunes after restore. Otherwise, use this method: Restore from backup

Yep, they work. As far as I can recall, only the one's from 1.0.0-1.0.2 are missing some fields. Starting with 1.1.1 it is working.

Ok, I am about to delete the duplicate folders in the stash folder, doing my upgrade just like yours.
Obviously, the ones with dates before my JB upgrade date are the ones to delete
but my Ringtones and Wallpaper folders both copies, have dates of 1/1/2008, so how do I figure out the ones to delete on those?
Thanks

I just tried it out, went into Settings ringtones or
wallpaper on the phone, winscped into the stash folder,
made a kopie of one folder an deleted it.
With the ringtones i choosed the wrong, so i deleted the
other and copied back the one i restored, you could also
just copy the name and paste it over the other, just try
but make at least one copy before, just in case and
remember your folder and file permissions thats it, worked for me.

What are the symptoms of picking the wrong one to delete?
Phone crash? Or just missing ringtones or wallpaper?
