    Default [Question] Re-Activate?

I have a 3G which I bought and activated in India from Vodafone[they sell it here], so if I use QuickPWN to upgrade and JB my 2.0.2fw to 2.2, will I have to re-activate my phone?

if your phone connection is legit ...upgrading to 2.2 in itunes should keep your phone activated and running on the vodafone no.

so just upgrade to to 2.2 and if the phone remains activated the continue to jailbreak otherwise take it to vodafone store and they will activate it for you again without any problems...

a word of caution: [source: dev team blog]
the 3g 2.2 fw includes a baseband upgrade and if you ever plan on using the phone with an unofficial carrier through a software unlocked method that may be available in the future wait for winpwn's next version...
iphone 2g at 3.0 using unofficial sim
    changed commboard at 1.1.4
