i have an iphone 3G 2.2 version, 02.28.00 modem firmware. It is unlocked and jailbraked and yesterday after a reset (with cable plugged-in) i saw a message on the iphone's screen "activate iphone" so i tapped on it and since then itunes won't sync... it says that the sim inserted it's not recognized (but the phone works with any sim and there's no problem). How can i sync with itunes? Do i have to jailbreak/unlock again?

u need to redo the quickpwn process...and dont ever use the reset setings options on a jailbroken iphone ........good luck

Thanks for suggestion but i managed to sync with itunes... i have to rightclick on my iphone and select sync each time. I didn't reset the settings i just restarted the iphone and that option "activate Iphone" appeared on the iphone's screen... i am still looking for solutions to get rid of that message "the sim card inserted blah blah..."
