Every time I restart my iphone performs two vibration when you load the Springboard, this only happen when I jailbreak my iphone.

This happens when your phone is connected to a power source and silent mode is on. When springboard or the phone itself is restarted, and a power source is still connected, it will vibrate again.
If it does this without anything plugged in, then thats a little odd, but if there aren't any other bad symptoms then its best to let well enough alone.
