About LinkBacksi accidentally updated my firmware 1.1.4 to 2.0.1 using itunes 8, now my iphone is locked to firmware 2.0.1. and i try to unlock it using winpwn and quickpwn but i cant unlock it, if ill connect my iphone 2 itunes "Sim card is not support", im using a local sim not at&t sim.
so any idea how to unlock my iphone...
please help me.. im begging thanks...

What version of itunes do you have?
If you have 7.x you mite as well update to 2.0.2 now and then follow a winpwn guide like this one below.

Ok if you have itunes 8 update to 2.0.2 firmware and use Quickpwn rc3 instead. (link & guide below)
After that's finished you then need to create yourself a custom firmware with a neutered/unlocked baseband and Cydia/Installer selected (You can follow the link above to do that) with winpwn2.5.
Then select shift/update using your custom made ipsw in itunes 8

hi, itried to use the Quickpwn rc3, but after i browse for the ipsw the quickpwn will stop working and would not proceed to the next step... need help
i think its because of my itunes not recognized my sim.. not sure about this.
