Went from 1.1.4 to 2.2 w/o changing baseband. Help!

Hey,

I have an Iphone 2g.

I went from 1.1.4 to 2.2 w/o flashing the baseband. I know that you should flash the baseband while in 1.1.4 then upgrade to 2.2 then get QuickPwn and unlock. However, I upgraded from 1.1.4 to 2.2 without flashing. Is there a way to still unlock without downgrading? QuickPwn says it doesn't unlock my firmware (currently in 2.2)

DFU restore to Apple stock FW 2.2.1 in iTunes, the baseband will be upgraded then. Use Quickpwn then to jailbreak, activate & unlock.
