I have detection problem. Itunes 8.1 detects iPhone without any problem but QuickPwn first of all says only can activate "2.0." and secondly can't even detect the iPhone. Any advice?

Latest itunes is 8.0.2 - install that to see if it will help.
Make sure you use quickpwn 2.2.5-2

but when go settings "show my callerID " is greyed out

QuickPwn 2.2.5-2 works fine under Vista 32 but failed under Vista 64 (running on its own PC)
Oh, apt9.yellowsn0w.com is in the Cydia source as default.

Note: For fun I also tested vista 32 + quickpwn 2.2.5-2 running under vmware on my Macbook :-) - Jailbroke iphone2G

Just quickPwned 2.2.1 on Vista 64 using QuickPwn 2.2.5-2.
