    Default No texting no voice mail

    Hi guys I used quickpwn (windows) 2 separate times and redownloaded all the files and unlocked my phone. I can't text or receive voice mail. I'm on AT&T.
    I used the latest version of the ipsw, the newest quickpwn and the BL's.

    My other friend has the same exact problem.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
