got from 1.1.2 to 2.2.1 with itunes and quickpwn 2.2.5

everything i can see is working fine exept i´m missing the edge settings...

is there a fix as in 1.1.2?

sorry...got it...
it´s no more in the network settings...

i installed -apn editing- from bigboss&planet iphones...now i can edit them...

BUT they are not controllable by -bossprefs- if i uncheck edge in the bossprefs,my edge is still working...

do you mean, you dont have a page to enter the edge settings or dont you know, what to enter in that page?

if you dont know, what to enter, you have to see the webpage of your provider to find the data needed or maybe there is a carrier package for your provider in cydia, which usually contains the edge-settings too.

Are you on one of apples partner carriers but without a legit iPhone plan? If so, you cant edit the APN because the setting "AllowEDGEEditing" is missing in the carrier bundle.
You can create a custom carrier bundle and install it (http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/f146/48683.htm), it will have the editing capabilities or open Mobile Safari on your iPhone and goto
APN Changer
hit "Continue", then "Custom APN" and enter the settings you need. After taht you will get a profile that you can add/use. It is the Apple way to do this.

as i said i still got it done...i got the settings by installing apn-editing...my only problem was that bigbossprefs didn´t manage to disable edge...was still working also when i unchecked edge...
