    Need Repair" : "No Wi-Fi" + Modem Firmware blank - October 31st, 2007, 10:22 AM #1
    Hello everyone,

I am stuck... and I need your help !
I've upgraded 2.0.2, activated and used quickpwn2.5 with half a dozen iPhones without a problem but, in this case, I don't know what to do.

I get this "Need Repair : iPhone cannot make or receive calls". The Wi-Fi logo is gone, I get a grey "No Wi-Fi" in "Settings->General". And when I look at "Settings->General->About", I have no Wi-FI address, no IMEI number, no ICCID, "Modem Firmware" shows nothing, and Bluetooth says "00:00:00:00:00:00".

i can restore to 1.1.4 but no change problems

Keep in touch ! A million thanks.

Do DFU restore to original 2.0.2. Do you get an error 1011?

If you do, you are screwed. But if not. It can be probably solved.

    Did bootneuter do its job?

And make sure the bootloader is 3.9FB because that's the requirement for swifi.

The infamous invalid calibration data in device tree error rears its ugly head again... Could be time for a comm board.

First do a restore in iTunes. DFU is better.

See if u get an error 1011.

If your calibration data is screwed, then you're screwed.

Basically, every iPhone is ingrained with certain parameters that are specific to that individual device. If they get erased, it's simply an irrecoverable error unless you have the data backed up and you know how to restore it.

    ...comm board replacement time.
