iPhone still Locked
Hello all I was unlocking a 2G iPhone with QuickPwn (it has 2.1 software/firmware on it. The process ran through successfully but after I insert a sim from a different network I only have access to the keypad and make calls. I can not access the icons, but when I remove the sim card I can access the icons on the spring board.
Can you tell me what is the problem?
Thank you.

How do you do DFU restore?
Is it the same as putting the phone in DFU Mode?

Yes, put the iPhone in DFU mode and then restore it to 2.x.x FW

This was what I did the first time I attempt to unlock it. Should I try this again?

Put the SIM card in you wish to use then run QuickPwn.

I'm upset! I never get these cooool weird errors which indeed are nice to deal with. This one is awesome..
If I where you I'll try to go:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings.
That's will wipe all the settings, and then rebot the phone.
Might do the trick.
