    Default iphone 2g no / weak signal t-mobile 2.2.1 04_05_04 G

hi guys i am wondering if there people out who has same problem. i have an iphone 2g 8gb jailbroken and i believed unlocked(i use t-mobile). the problem is my t-mobile signal is always weak(no service-2 bars).but on the other day i went to ther part of town and there i get full signal for awhile. so i believe the problem is not with antenna. oh also is it possible that since i am not subscribed for data plan so i use diff signal of t-mobile?

i am a windows user so i use quickpwn like instructed. iphone is JB and i believe unlocked too(since i can get t-mobile signal). i dunno whats is wrong with my signal...

appearantly from my research so far, some people blame it on aluminium back casing and they say it doesnt have anything to do with firmware. i dunno if its true any opinion?
