Different options Quickpwn 1.1 (Mac) vs. Quickpwn 2.1 (Windows)
There is confusion around concerning the different features of Quickpwn for Mac and Windows. While the Windows versions offers the unlock aswell, the Mac version does not. You need to run Bootneuter after using Quickpwn to unlock.
If your iPhone is at Firmware 1.1.1 or newer you are fine and can continue. If your iPhone is at firmawre 1.0.2 and was unlocked with AnySIM 1.0.2 it is highly recommended to virginize the iPhone first (search the forum on how-to), then continue.
Use iTunes to restore to Apple FW 2.1.
Windows: Start Quickpwn 2.1 (Windows) and let the software do the job. If you check all the options the iPhone will be jailbroken/activated/pwnaged/unlocked and have Cydia & Installer. You are set.
------
Mac-OS: Start Quickpwn 1.1 (Mac) and let the programm do it's job. The iPhone is jailbroken/activated/pwnaged and has Cydia & Installer. The iPhone is not unlocked (yet) To unlock:
1. First goto Settings->General and set Auto-Lock to never --- REALLY important
2. Then make sure your iPhone is connected to power (ac)
3. Start Cydia on the iPhone, if it needs to update stuff, do it. Install Bootneuter then via Cydia.
4. Start Bootneuter
5. Leave setting for Bootloader as it is, set Neuter=ON, Fakeblank=OFF and Unlock=ON. A note aside: If you Bootloader got downgraded from 4.6 to 3.9FB earlier due to the use of an older unlock method like iLiberty, set the Bootloader to 4.6 and fakeblank to OFF here & Unlock and Neuter to ON.
6. Hit "Flash" in Bootneuter. Bootneuter will make you reboot the iPhone to unload CommCenter, just do it. After reboot, start Bootneuter again, select the setting mentioned in step 5 and hit flash
7. Bootneuter will do its job. DO NEVER interrupt the process, wait until it is finished.
8. When done reboot, the iPhone is unlocked now.
9. To delete Bootneuter now, start Cydia again, goto "Manage->Packages", select Bootneuter, hit "Modify", hit "Remove".
This will remove Bootneuter. This is just a safety-thing. If someone starts Bootneuter on your iPhone, hits flash and interrupts the process you may end with a brick.

Nice guide
Step (1) is so important if you don't follow that you could cause irreparable/irreversible damage.

Please help me out.
I have an iPhone 2g on 2.0.2. I've done everything you said: QuickPwn, then Bootneuter to unlock. All went smoothly, but I can only make "emergency calls", no access to anything else than that. If I take out the sim card I can see everything, browse with safari, etc, but obviously, no calls whatsoever.
Any thoughts or help please...

If you are on the "Emergency calls" screen it looks like the phone isn't activating correctly.
If I was you I wouldn't mess around with 2.0.2 firmware I'd DFU restore to 2.1 firmware and then use the latest Quickpwn2.1 version.

Hello,
I have some queries on the following steps:
2. Then make sure your iPhone is connected to power (ac)- That means plugged to a direct plug instead of a laptop right?
3. Start Cydia on the iPhone, if it needs to update stuff, do it. Install Bootneuter then via Cydia. - And this is the more confusing one, for this step and onwards to be possible, I need to have internet access on my mobile? And... as I happen to have no internet access on my mobile I need some Help!
My iPhones a 2.1 and i have managed to Jailbreak it with QuickPwn on my Mac but not unlock
I've tried following these tutorials of PwnageTool (as it can also unlock):
http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1557
http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=550964
But i always get stuck with the bootload files. Though i am downloading them through the links they've provided, they always fail to work, Pwnage dosent recognize them! I dont know what the matter is ???

No, just make sure to not run out of power. Connect the iphone either to your PC or use the ac adapter

Yep, no way around. After using Quickpwn for the Mac, setup wifi access to the wlan router to have internet access

Read the first post please. the Mac version of quickpwn does not do the unlock, this is done via Bootneuter.

I was maked with WINDOWS and i have NO SIGNAL... and some times its didnt recognize the network.
I was installed bootneuter but its show this error on start:
Error:
Couldnīt talk to the bootloader.
This may be due to a CommCenter Collision So BootNeuter will exit.
I was restored too times, i was maked the quickpwn 2 times and nothing happend..
What do you say if i downgrade the baseband?
Thanks.
